Ranked Brain is excited to announce our Small Business Website Initiative, a program that we are very excited about! This initiative is designed to help small businesses with free websites by working closely with them to understand their story and from that knowledge tell their story in a way that increases brand recognition and their online presence.

We will be donating websites every month to small business owners, the city or state that your business is located in is not a determining factor for eligibility.

The initial winner will be announced on the 12th of each month or the first business day after if the 12th falls on a weekend, starting in September. Once the announcement has been made we will immediately contact the winner and hold a review session via Zoom. After that we will begin building the new website immediately! After our initial winner is announced, we will randomly draw small businesses throughout the month. Our goal is to get to a point where we are enabling 3-5 small businesses a week, rather than just 1 a month.

If your small business needs a website, or your current website needs to be updated, make sure to enter for a chance to win. If you know a small business owner that needs a website, make sure to get them entered into our program.

All you need to do in order to have your small business entered into the program is fill out the program entry application, it’s that simple. Again, please note that this offer is only available for small businesses.

Entries are limited to one per small business, however, there is a way to qualify for an additional entry. Increase your chances to win each month by simply filling out the form, like our Facebook page and sharing a post. The sharing of posts will add an additional entry for your small business, increasing your chances of walking away with an awesome brand new free website.

Small businesses that are selected for a website understand that websites are only valid for small mid-size businesses, subject to the opinion of Ranked Brain.

Only 1 business entry per form entry. Only one person per business per entry form allowed.

Second entry available by sharing Ranked Brain Facebook post regarding the Small Business Website Initiative. All entry names are matched to entry name on the application. Not valid if a different name is used on application and Facebook shared post.

We will execute the design work for the small business chosen to receive the free website, which may be worth up to $3500.00. The free website will is required to be hosted and maintained by Ranked Brain for a period of no less than 12 months on our hosting platform from the website go live date. After a period of 12 months you can choose to have the website hosted by another provider.

This will be a full web design and build.

The project to design and create the new website for the small business chosen will be treated with the same priority and standards as a funded project.

The only costs not included are any third party costs that the project may need based on the individual business requirements identified design and agreed upon by the small business owner.

We will be selecting a winner on Monday, September 12, 2022 and will post/email entrants who wins and hopefully they will be able to leave us some good feedback about their prize.

Ranked Brain reserves the right to cancel or amend the initiative without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the control of Ranked Brain. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the initiative notice. We will execute the design work for the small business chosen to receive the free website, which may be worth between $1500.00 and up to $3500.00.

This will be a full web design and build.

The project to design and create the new website for the small business chosen will be treated with the same priority and standards as a funded project.

The only costs not included are any third party costs that the project may need based on the individual business requirements identified design and agreed upon by the small business owner.

We will be selecting a winner on Friday 1st March 2012 and will post/email entrants who wins and hopefully they will be able to leave us some good feedback about their prize

Ranked Brain reserves the right to cancel or amend the initiative without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the control of  Ranked Brain. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the initiative notice.

1. Your business does not sell improper goods.

2. Your business is not connected to a major national chain.

3. You can only enter once.

4. The initiative is designed to deliver five to ten page websites to small business owners. Page counts will be determined by Ranked Brain evaluations based on available content, images, and overall site design.

5. All content and images must belong to your business and be provided by the designated small business to be added to the website. Ranked Brain will supply 3-5 stock images and any written content is the responsibility of the small business. Ranked Brain does offer content writing services but these services are not included with the website.

6. We will supply twelve months standard web hosting as part of the initiative, enhanced options will be made available at discounted rates if the designated small business requests additional options.

7. If you do not have ownership of a domain, we will work with you to secure an appropriate domain name.

8. After twelve months we will work with you to decide the appropriate hosting package based on your needs and requirements.

9. One small business will be chosen at random to receive a website per month, all other entries will remain eligible for subsequent months and may be contacted by us in order to provide our services at discounted prices.

10. By entering the program, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Ranked Brain, reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

11. Media Passage reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.

12. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Small Business Website Initiative, Ranked Brain in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.

13. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Ranked Brain cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorized access to Entries, or Entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Ranked Brains’ control.

14. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Small Business Website Initiative Notice. Failure to claim the website within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

15. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

16. Ranked Brain cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Small Business Website Initiative or as a result of accepting any prize. Ranked Brain is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Small Business Website Initiative. Nothing shall exclude Ranked Brain liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

17. Ranked Brain does not guarantee to use or otherwise make available any Entry. Ranked Brain may also, in appropriate circumstances, and at its sole discretion, reject, edit, remove or disable access to Entries that appear to be legally or otherwise problematic e.g. infringe the copyright or other intellectual property or privacy rights of others, are defamatory etc. or for any other reason.

18. Ranked Brain cannot guarantee search engine positioning.
